NOTICE:  The Monday, March 8, 2010 meeting of the Macon-Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission will be held in City Council Chambers City Hall, beginning at 1:30 p.m.

 

The Pre-meeting of the Macon-Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission will be held in the 10th Floor Conference Room, located in the Willie C. Hill City Hall Annex, 682 Cherry Street, beginning at 12:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss any administrative business and to obtain information from staff regarding scheduled agenda items.

Approval of Monday, February 22, 2010 meeting minutes

 

ITEMS DEFERRED FROM MONDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2010 MEETING:

 

A.     222-230 MERCER JUNCTION: Conditional use to allow a proposed worship center, PDE District. Louis Avery, Applicant.

 

B.     305 BUFORD PLACE: In violation of Section 27.05 and Section 27A.07 of the Comprehensive Land Development Resolution (accessory building/storage shed erected without a Zoning Compliance or a Certificate of Appropriateness), HR-1 District. Chip Greene.

 

CONDITIONAL USES:
