ARRA Projects The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed into law in February 2009. The act contains economic stimulus measures in an effort to revitalize our nation’s economy. The ARRA legislation contains funding for improvements to our transportation infrastructure including highways, public transit, rail and aviation.
