The Commission's regularly scheduled meetings are every second and fourth Monday of the month. There are two meetings held on each of these Mondays. The first meeting, called the pre-meeting, is held at noon in the Commission's 10th floor conference room. The pre-meeting is used to handle administrative business of the Commission and answer questions concerning items on the hearing agenda. The second meeting takes place at 1:30 PM in City Hall in council chambers. These meetings are for hearing zoning matters. Special called meetings are convened at the pleasure of the Commission's Chairman. All meetings are open to the public. Notices and agendas of each meeting are posted, and each meeting is held in accordance with the Georgia Open Meetings Act.
